Shipping Times
Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days of placement. You’ll be notified by email as soon as your order is placed and provided with a tracking number as soon as it ships. During times of higher volumes, like the holiday season, order processing can take 3-4 business days.
Shipping Options & Costs:
- Free Standard Shipping on orders $100 or more (pre-tax)
- Flat Rate Standard 3-5 business days: $10.00
- Expedited 2-4 business days: $20.00
Note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Inala is not responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable packages. Inala will aid customers who choose to file a claim with the carrier by supplying any documentation necessary to support that claim.
- We can not accommodate shipping address changes after your order has been placed.
- Orders can not be canceled after they are placed.
- Inala does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returning products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
