Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Times

Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days of placement. You’ll be notified by email as soon as your order is placed and provided with a tracking number as soon as it ships. During times of higher volumes, like the holiday season, order processing can take 3-4 business days.

Shipping Options & Costs:

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders $100 or more (pre-tax)
  • Flat Rate Standard 3-5 business days: $10.00
  • Expedited 2-4 business days: $20.00


  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Inala is NOT responsible for undelivered packages. Please make a claim directly with the carrier for packages that have been lost or not delivered.
  • We can not accommodate shipping address changes after your order has been placed.
  • Once your order is placed it cannot be canceled or altered.

Returns and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us! If you aren’t happy with your product for any reason you can return it for a refund (less shipping & handling + $7 processing fee) within 60 days of your order ship date. The product MUST be physically received before your refund is processed. 

To request a refund, please email us at Include your order # and a brief description of the reason for your return. 

  • Returns/refunds are less original shipping fees
  • Returns/refunds are subject to a $7 processing fee. This will be automatically deducted from your refund.
  • Inala does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returning products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We will apply your refund to the original form of payment. 
  • Merchandise/accessories items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Gift cards are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or refunded.
  • Inala is not responsible for the return postage or cost of insurance. 
  • Inala is not responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable packages. Inala will aid customers who choose to file a claim with the carrier by supplying any documentation necessary to support that claim.
  • Items eligible for returns/refund must have been purchased directly from Items purchased through another retailer must be returned/refunded directly with that retailer and according to their policy.
